Use LeetRoster™ lawfully, provide accurate information, protect your account, and make sure you have authority to manage an organization or register a participant. Paid plans renew monthly until canceled, and organizer-created program rules remain the organizer’s responsibility.
Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and LeetRoster governing access to and use of the Services. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, submitting a registration, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. If you use the Services for a team, club, league, company, school, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes both you and that organization. A parent or legal guardian must act for a minor.
The Service and customer roles
LeetRoster provides tools for sports websites, rosters, schedules, content, registrations, payments, communications, and related administration. Features may change as the product develops. We may improve, add, remove, or limit features, provided that we will not use a change to avoid an existing material payment obligation.
Each organization controls its programs, staff access, published content, eligibility rules, team placement, refund policies, and communications. LeetRoster supplies technology and payment connections; it does not operate the sport program, select coaches, supervise participants, guarantee placement, perform background checks, or determine whether an activity is safe.
Accounts and security
Provide accurate, current information and keep it updated. You are responsible for protecting your password and device, limiting staff access to authorized people, and promptly reporting suspected misuse. You may not share a personal credential or use another person’s account without permission.
We may require email verification, payment verification, identity checks by a payment provider, or other reasonable safeguards. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by LeetRoster’s failure to use reasonable security.
Subscriptions, renewal, and cancellation
Organizer website plans are billed monthly at the price and scope shown before checkout. A Team plan covers one team website. A League & Club plan includes the organization website and may add per-team website charges as team sites are activated. Taxes may be added where required.
By completing checkout, you authorize Stripe and LeetRoster to charge the selected payment method when the subscription begins and at each renewal until cancellation. The checkout disclosure controls the specific price, billing interval, and items in that purchase.
You may cancel through the billing tools made available in the workspace or by contacting support. Unless the checkout disclosure or applicable law says otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal and service remains available through the paid period. Fees already earned are non-refundable, except where required by law or expressly stated. Failed or reversed payments may result in restricted publishing or account access after reasonable notice.
Program registration, fees, and refunds
An organization sets its program descriptions, prices, eligibility, capacity, waivers, and refund policy. A registrant must review the displayed program, participant, total, and payment information before submitting. Completing payment authorizes the displayed one-time registration charge.
Stripe processes payment. LeetRoster may deduct a disclosed platform service fee and Stripe processing fees before remitting funds to the organization. The organization is the primary contact for program eligibility, team placement, cancellations, and program-specific refunds. LeetRoster may assist with payment records and platform errors but does not promise a refund on the organization’s behalf.
A registration is not complete until the Services confirm successful payment when payment is required. A receipt or confirmation does not guarantee roster placement, playing time, schedule, or program availability.
Organizer responsibilities
Organizers must:
- Have authority to operate the organization and publish its content.
- Keep program, pricing, schedule, contact, refund, and safety information accurate.
- Obtain permissions needed to collect participant information and publish names, photos, media, or roster details.
- Comply with youth-sports, privacy, accessibility, consumer-protection, tax, fundraising, and other laws that apply to the organization.
- Arrange required screening, background checks, training, insurance, emergency planning, and supervision. LeetRoster does not perform or verify those activities.
- Limit staff access, respond to participant requests, and promptly remove content or permissions that are no longer appropriate.
Family, guardian, and participant responsibilities
A registrant must provide accurate information, have authority to register each participant, and follow the organization’s rules. An adult registering a child represents that they are the child’s parent, legal guardian, or otherwise legally authorized to provide the child’s information and make the requested decisions.
Typing a name, checking an agreement box, and submitting a form may create an electronic record and signature. You agree that electronic records, disclosures, receipts, and signatures may be used and retained. You may download or request copies where the Services provide them.
Content, license, and acceptable use
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant LeetRoster a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, resize, display, transmit, and back up that content only as needed to provide, secure, improve, and support the Services. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for the content and that its use will not violate law or another person’s rights.
You may not use the Services to break the law; exploit or endanger a minor; harass or discriminate; publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or malicious content; send spam; collect information without authority; evade fees or access controls; probe or disrupt security; introduce malware; scrape the Services at unreasonable scale; impersonate another person; or help someone do any of those things.
LeetRoster owns the Services, software, designs, trademarks, and platform content other than user content. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the Services under these Terms.
Trademarks
LeetRoster™ and the LeetRoster LR logo are trademarks claimed by the operator of the Services. You may not use our name, logo, or other brand elements in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without our prior written permission.
Other names, logos, and marks on the Services belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify their owners or services.
Third-party services
The Services may use or link to Stripe, email providers, hosting and storage providers, analytics tools, domains, and other third-party services. Their separate terms and privacy notices apply to their services. LeetRoster is not responsible for a third party’s independent acts, outages, or content, but will use reasonable care in selecting and integrating providers that handle platform data.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services and cancel a paid plan as described above. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for nonpayment, security, legal compliance, abuse, material breach, harm to users, or risk to the Services. When practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure. We may preserve or disclose records as required by law and may delete content after applicable retention periods.
Terms that by their nature should survive—including payment obligations, content licenses needed for retained records, disclaimers, liability limits, dispute provisions, and legal acceptance evidence—survive termination.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEETROSTER DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE, PARTICULAR SPORTS OUTCOMES, PARTICIPANT SAFETY, STAFF SCREENING, OR THE ACCURACY OF ORGANIZER-SUPPLIED CONTENT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEETROSTER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOST OPPORTUNITY. LEETROSTER’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO LEETROSTER FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
These exclusions do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Organizers agree to defend and indemnify LeetRoster against third-party claims arising from their programs, staff, content, legal violations, or breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by LeetRoster’s own unlawful conduct.
General terms and contact
These Terms and incorporated policies are the entire agreement about the Services and replace prior discussions on the same subject. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign this agreement without consent; LeetRoster may assign it with a business reorganization or transfer of the Services. Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control.
These Terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of the state in which LeetRoster maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a formal claim, contact us and allow 30 days for a good-faith effort to resolve it. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version and effective date and provide additional notice or request renewed agreement when a material change requires it. For terms, billing, or service questions, email support@leetroster.com.
